 Do you own a home with asphalt shingle roof?   The best age of an asphalt shingle roof for this product is 7 to 20 years sooner is better because your shingles will have deteriorated less and you can keep it looking new, you can still do it when it is older, it makes the shingles rigid again so they are not as susceptible to wind damage.  Price for a 1600 square-foot house with a two car garage (Roof area is larger than house SQ FT) with no repairs needed would be $1,900-$2,200 price range ( Price subject to change.). That is far less expensive than a new roof at $10,000 - $12,000.   The process- I come to your house and measure the roof to give you a bid if you accept the bid I return and blow the roof off with the blower to clean dust (If roof needs pressure washed it will add time.) then I apply the product The usual time for this process is 3 to 4 hours. This product can be reapplied every 5 to 7 years in theory you would never have to Pay that expensive re-roof.
